HOUSE RULES

Must be 21 to rent.
Two night minimum stay; 14 night maximum.
4 guests max per cottage.
Check-in after 3:00 pm - Check-out by 11 am.
Self-check-in with lockbox.
No smoking.
No pets-strict.
No parties or events.
Outdoor fires must be contained in the fire pit.
We do not assume responsibility for any injury or loss.
Dock and kayaks are shared space.
